Executive Chef Jeffrey Wilfong

Jeffrey has 15 years of culinary experience. He has worked in many areas of the hospitality industry including private clubs, resorts, indpedendently owned restaurants and embassies.

Jeffrey attended culinary school in Toronto. After completing his culinary degree he apprenticed under Chef Thomas Renyai of the Ontario Club. After working at the club he accpeted the position of personal chef at the British Embassy in Ottawa. While at the embassy he prepared dishes for such dignitaries as The Lord Mayor of London, The Royal Family, and the Prime Minister of Canada.

Jeffrey has also worked in resorts such as Lake Louise, the Keltic Lodge in Nova Scotia, and the Rockwater Secret Cove on the sunshine coast of BC. Jeffery has also worked for Ron Joyce at the Fox Harb’r Resort and Spa. Throughout his carreer Jeffrey has had the privledge of cooking for many high profile guests and politicians.

Jeffrey has earned several awards and has been featured in the Ottawa Sun and Citizen newspapers, and as a guest chef on Rogers Television.

In all of Jeffrey’s endeavors, the key focus has always been the customer. Jeffrey believes that setting up for sucecess means meeting and exceeding the guest’s expectations while maintaining consistency and quality.
